    Gets great sunlight, beautiful neighborhood, close to the park
    Cons:
    Not renovated, dual washer and dryer made doing laundry take 3+ hours for one load

    Pros:
    Beautiful brownstone in fairly good condition. Owner has many properties and is very responsive and reasonable to all kinds of requests. Good neighbors
    Cons:
    Somewhat expensive, limited storage.
    Advice to owner:
    I have no complaints
