Pros

A wonderful, 3 unit building. Affordable. Spacious, a lot of light. Larry was wonderful to work with and super responsive if something needed attention.

Clean and respectful neighborhood, lots of rooms and storage, responsive landlord who is good at communicating and fixing issues in your apartment
