Great Landlord and Property Manager
Pros
Landlord was so kind and amicable. Was a pleasure to rent from and was responsive on email as he was 12 hours time difference away. The local property manager was also very responsive and so lovely to chat with. Had a refrigerator that stopped working and he had it replaced in 2 hours.
Cons
Once in awhile, we’d have a mouse appear. Attributed to construction next door. We lived there for 3 years and it only happened twice, but visits from Orkin only marginally helped. They eventually would just disappear.
Advice to the owners
Keep being such lovely landlords! And maybe find a long term solution for the occasional mice.
