    Love this space
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -clean
    -somewhat quick to respond
    -close to everything
    Cons:
    -street is loud
    -laundry machines downstairs are desperate for an upgrade. Barely useable.
    -fish smell sometimes from coleur cafe
    Advice to owner:
    -fix the washing machines
