    Landlord is a fraud
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The tenants are generally nice people, but you have to stick together with this kind of landlord.
    Cons:
    If you google the landlord’s name and New York Times, you’ll find all you need to know. A guy who commits Medicare fraud isn’t the type of guy who respects his tenants. There’s a reason he asks for cash only when you go in to sign a lease.

    He’s a predator. Yelling and attempting to extort money from tenants for “damages” is the norm. He’s especially aggressive towards women.
    Advice to owner:
    Learn to keep your mouth shut.
