    Solid apartment with good management

    Pros:
    Very responsive landlord that handled issues quickly.
    Cons:
    No real cons for me minus the lack of washer and dryer in unit which is pretty common for NYC.

    Great management in a beautiful neighborhood

    Really nicely renovated, things do not break often, very safe, very responsive management
    Cons:
    Across the street from a bar that gets noisy and dark living room
