    clean, quiet building
    Cons:
    buzzer does not work, difficult to receive packages

    - apartment was reasonably modern and taken care of
    Cons:
    - loud apartment on the ground floor
    - landlord took months to return security deposit
    - german roaches that did not respond to pest control
