    Pros:
    I like the location and the nice kitchen/layout of the apartment.
    Cons:
    Disgusting stairwells. Littered with old chicken bones and roaches.

    Nice apartment of you're not on the street side

    So soundproof between apartments, wide staircases, good apartment layouts
    Cons:
    Street noise is very loud, no elevator
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of florescent lighting in apartments
