    Not bad for the price

    Pros:
    - quiet building
    - monthly pest control
    - fairly secure for packages (at least in my experience)
    Cons:
    - street can be loud
    - not the cleanest or best-smelling halls/stairway
    - trash area out front was always a mess
    Advice to owner:
    get rid of the hall carpet
