    Pros:
    Location is perfect. But don’t be fooled, it’s a slum lord experience without an actual slum lord!
    Cons:
    Dirty, terrible management, lack of heat, hot water, gas over the years. Owner doesn’t want to spend money on these units and it shows. All work is done by unprofessional family members.

    Location location location
    Cons:
    Lived here for a few months with a group of lovely ladies and a sweet cat. during these months the building had no heat for weeks, no gas whatsoever, and the stairs going to the first floor were terrifying. Owner always had excuses and tenants didn’t understand their rights so I had to move on thankfully right before the pandemic! Garbage outside was disgusting and full of rats!
    Advice to owner:
    Stop terrorizing your tenants and do right by them!
