    Great brownstone apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It's a great building with large windows and semi-recently remodeled. Building manager is very responsive and helpful. Rooms are large and bathrooms are clean
    Cons:
    The heat did not work very well (too hot or too cold often)
