    Great Apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Good location, responsive management, clean. Lived there for almost 10 years and the apartment was not only maintained but updated as needed.
    Cons:
    There were some issues with the water heater but once it was replaced everything was fine.
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing he was very helpful.
