    Amazing location, new renovations & plenty of light
    Cons:
    Excessive heat (sometimes without any heat), poor responses from maintenance, roach issues
    Advice to owner:
    Get a better super.

    Nice neighbors. Next to the park
    Cons:
    Ceiling fell when the radiator was leaking from above. Get renters insurance
