Large apartment, especially for the price. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Responsive and kind super. Lovely neighbors
Cons:
Kitchens and bathrooms could use updating. Structural issues (e.g., broken doorknob on front of building) are lazily fixed. Apartment is full of “the landlord special.” Owner seems invested in de-stabilizing apartments and has been not renewing leases only to let apartments sit empty for months (??)
Advice to owner:
Take care of the building and your tenants. Building is wasted under lazy and shady ownership

Pros:
The only thing I liked about this place does not have anything to do with the building, the location is the only reason I can recommend this building at all.
Cons:
If you like cockroaches, huge rats, broken leaky ceilings, faucets, floors, well, literally everything, then you will LOVE this apartment. And if you like building managers and supers who are slow to respond and don't actually ever fix anything, then added bonus!!! This building is falling apartment and the landlord is either too cheap or too lazy to do anything about it.
Advice to owner:
Maintain your building, fix things right the first time so you don't have to keep coming back doing the same crappy job that actually makes things worse in the long run. Get a new door for the building and my gosh, the list goes on and on. Also the exterminator never comes! There is never any sign up sheet either for this guy!
