    Beautiful Brownstone Newly Renovated, 1 Bedroom In Brooklyn, NY

    Pros:
    It's a well maintained traditional Brownstone layout with the apartment on the ground floor level. Modern kitchen & appliances, washer/dryer, lots of built-in storage. Has traditional plaster details and wood wainscoting, parquet floors, small office/laundry room, lots of natural light. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. Near the 2, 3, 4, 5, and B, Q, subway lines, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. Brooklyn Museum, and Central Library. Lively entertainment, shopping, and dining area!
    Cons:
    No pets. No garden access. No sublet or B&B activity permitted.
    Advice to owner:
    Keep the rent below market as is!
