Most Aggressive Property Management I've Ever Experienced
Pros
No mice or bugs, beautiful space, excellent location.
Cons
Management will not respond to messages. Will raise the rent aggressively every year. They weren't paying their gas bills and our heat was shut off in the dead of winter when it was 20 degrees outside. They told US to contact national grid to petition it be turned back on. When we did we were told they do not have an account set up and were not paying bills. They fixed it by getting a plumber to come in and put in a new gas line so they could turn gas on again without a meter, which I am pretty sure is illegal.
Advice to the owners
Your tenants pay high rent to live in a nice space. Communicate with them and stop doing illegal shit. You already make enough money from us. You can pay your gas bill.
Unreachable management and rodent issue
Pros
The super is great. Noise from other apartments is minimal.
Cons
Management is completely unreachable. There is no phone number or even email. Can only be reached through the app which they ignore. Have had significant rodent problem for the entirety of lease and they’ve ignored every complaint.
