    Neighbors were nice
    Cons:
    Packages stolen constantly and anything left outside of door including rain boots. Even had mail stolen

    Pros:
    The Very Few Longtime tenants who have remained here (since this was a beautiful building under the owner's in 1998). I can knock on their door and still ask to borrow sugar, yeah.
    2 short blocks from Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden and Prospect Park, subways.
    Cons:
    One super for 5 buildings, 9-5
    No elevator (4floors)
    No laundry room
    Dirty stairs and halls
    Packages are stolen, no security cameras
    Rats play on front grass
    Many, many rat burrows
    Additional rats are out after dark, before sunrise
    Super doesn't respond to texts or phone calls unless you email management afterwards
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a professional cleaning company to get started!
