Pros

Where this apartment is is amazing, and all of the essentials are there so no complaints there

Cons

May be “recently renovated” but seems like a DIY or pretty poor renovation job. Wobbly sinks and crooked floors with plenty of gaps in the floorboards and weird details you notice. Also have had notable security issues, with some shady people getting into the laundry room/sleeping in the stairwell
