Proximity to 2/3/4/5 trains at Franklin Ave & Eastern Parkway. Proximity to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, and Botanic Garden. Plenty of grocery and food options nearby. Same with laundromats.
Cons:
Heating was inconsistent, and the system needs upgrading. Sometimes hot water would run out quickly. 4th bedroom is extremely tiny. No in building laundry.
Advice to owner:
Ensure the heating system is adequate and keeps all tenants warm.

Bed bugs in the last year!

Pros:
Spacious - huge bright front bedroom Great location Small building and neighbors are very quiet families that have been there for years
Cons:
Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs Too floor unit (apt 8) had bed bugs twice in one year even after a very thorough first treatment.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the bed bugs FOR REAL not just small treatments that don’t get to the source of the problem
