Great staff, building is old and that comes with some challenges
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is phenomenal, everyone is hardworking and caring and glad to know them. Larger prewar units a plus but each unit is owned separately.
Cons:
Boiler is constantly on the fritz, meaning heat and hot water frequently go out. Communication could be better about this, usually no warning or time frame on repairs

Great building, but an old one
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great staff, apartments are big and halls are kept clean
Cons:
Sometimes there are bugs. But they have the exterminator come every month.
