    Great location, updated apartment, rooftop
    Cons:
    Trash outside is an issue, packages stolen, expensive for size
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in package room or storage, put up cameras, lower price of rent

    There was a truck that regularly delivered to the armory across the street at 3am and would honk upon its arrival.
