    It’s Not Right but its OK

    Pros:
    location to train, curb appeal, apartment size
    Cons:
    street can be loud, landlord & super are incredibly hard to get a hold of
    Advice to owner:
    be more responsive or lose your tenants

    Pros:
    Nice building with large rooms! Generally well maintained and updated. Management is pretty responsive. Central AC and heat have worked great.
    Cons:
    Maintenance can take a while to happen, but not for anything too serious. While trash is handled very well usually, there are some large items that have been left to decompose in the side yard.
