Pros:
I really like this neighborhood, it was my first Brooklyn place and I stayed for 2 years because it’s unpretentious and the businesses are full of kind people. This building is in a really really convenient spot for laundry, delis, and trains, mostly.
Cons:
Stairs are a little wonky in some spots…and we have had mice before. They sealed up the holes and all seems well, but not sure how long that will last. Maintenance is a little bit lacking, and there’s definitely no warning as to when they’re coming in, but that’s not uncommon. At least they’re usually quick! AC only in two bedrooms, and unfortunately it’s not in the tiny window rooms.
