    Pros:
    - location
    - neighbors in the neighborhood
    Cons:
    - you have to manage the management company
    - sometimes the landlord doesn’t want to fix things
    - the front doors are easy to break into the building
    - the rooms are small
    - the rent is a lot for no amenities
    - sometimes you have to ask for repairs to be re-repaired because they aren’t actually repaired
