    Decent spot but requires a lot of leg work

    Good location
    Supers are nice when you see them
    Cons:
    Management is tough to deal with, requires consistent outreach to get anything actually done

    WILL steal your security deposit

    Building is nice, amazing rooftop view, nicely located, nice water pressure
    Cons:
    Low natural light overall, small rooms, basement room was a fire hazard, owners stole our ENTIRE security deposit.
    Advice to owner:
    DONT STEAL FROM YOUR TENANTS
