Pros:
The original design and aesthetic of the building. Great super, too.
Cons:
Where do I start? The front door never stays locked, it's always broken. If it ever gets repaired, which it does sometimes, it will stay unbroken for max 3 days. There are hazards all in the building from the first step of granite stairs not installed properly so it wobbles as you walk up. The stairs are always filthy. People come in the building smoking cigs back and forth. Crack heads randomly coming in at 3am fighting or tweaking out (I have videos). The constant banging of people breaking the door. Only one of my windows has a screen, the others do not. One of the windows in my room I tried to open for the first time and it just came off the window frame completely lol, it almost fell out the window because there isn't those security kid bars on the windows either... YUP

You are a disgrace.
