    In a very good area
    Cons:
    Do not clean the garage in front the building enough
    Advice to owner:
    Do better with fixing the apartment

    Great area, probably better buildings around

    Pros:
    Great neighborhood, and the apartments were recently renovated
    Cons:
    Lord of issues with heat for rooms and water temperature. We also got major construction dumped in us the first week we moved in.
