Most if not all of the units are recently remodeled and modern with High ceilings. All the negatives are pretty common, if you’re okay with the area and the distance to the train this is a great option!
Cons:
The building is never clean. Someone comes to clean the stairs and lobby maybe once a month. Management is not responsive with maintenance requests (if you even get an answer at all).
Advice to owner:
Clean your building, have regular maintenance on the laundry machines .

Cons:
I reached out to someone 4 times to get my AC fixed and no one responded to me The laundry room is disgusting The neighbors are weird and a big cause of why the laundry is gross.
