    Not too noisy outside
    Cons:
    Really dirty stairs, outer door broken
    Poor trash management
    Clanging heating pipes in the winter

    Great location, nice place

    Pros:
    Very conveniently located with great restaurants and amazing access to transportation. Super spacious living room and kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Beautiful hardwood floors.
    Cons:
    Poor natural light in bedrooms, bedroom sizes vary drastically.
