    Solid apartment, light on amenities and management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Easy access to transit (B44, 2/3 Nostrand, 4/5 Franklin Ave)
    Packages almost never get stolen
    Cons:
    Roach problem (can be somewhat easy to fix inside your apartment, but you see them in the hallway)
    Management is almost all by phone — no website or email to submit requests or get help
