    Number not on the building ,posted on a piece of paper , no p.o lock box

    Pros:
    The block is nice ,not the building
    Cons:
    Dirty ,not swept or mopped falling ceiling from water leak ,building had no proper number on it tenant wrote number on paper
    Advice to owner:
    Clean building and make repairs ,Add proper Address number on building instead of hand written Building Number
