Landlord harassed tenants

Pros:
Good spot in the neighborhood. Good food nearby
Cons:
The landlord living on the bottom floors was like the most overbearing grandmother you never wish you had. She was verbally abusive, would corner us individually to yell at us about our friends, and made comments about us being a couple. She was unavoidable as she would sit outside the building all day. No exaggeration, it was outright verbal abuse.
We did not have parties — in fact we avoided bringing friends over out of fear of her abuse. The incident in question was about a friend that visited us for a weekend. She specifically called one of us down to her apartment to yell about how it was improper to have a man over. Did not have a problem making us cry, would just tell us we were immoral.
