    Great place, hot, invasive knotweed

    Pros:
    Very large place!
    Great location!
    Cons:
    The basement gets very hot during the winter.
    Be careful when going in the backyard--I locked myself out there once and had to have someone break into my apartment to rescue me!
    There's invasive Japanese knotweed in the backyard that gets closer to the house every year and is going to ruin the foundation, but the owner lives in California and "doesn't care" according to management.
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the invasive knotweed before it completely ruins the home!

    Pros:
    Huge and really decently priced apartments. The owners took control of the property after realizing the management company was terrible, and after that they were super responsive to all requests.
    Cons:
    Heat for both apartments is controlled by the ground floor apartment, and the top floor is always cold in the winter. The heat also went out regularly. There was a mouse problem due to the abandoned brownstone next door, as of 2020, although the owners were paying for exterminators.
