    Terrible place to live all the owner cares abt is the rent not his tenants

    Pros:
    Only thing I like about the building was it was close to public transportation bus stop right across the street
    Cons:
    The landlord and the super didn't upkeep the building inside or outside
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of your property and tenants so you can keep living your lavish lifestyle
