    Pros:
    Close to restaurants and subway
    Cons:
    Landlord does not properly fix things or follow NYS guidelines. Lives next door and is always standing outside the apartment. Constant noise on the street from a group of men who don’t even live in the apartment. Loud dog in the building next door that won’t stop barking.
