    Average Management, nice building, next to construction site

    Pros:
    Amenities! Location, and nice remodel
    Cons:
    Next to huge construction site , a bit small
    Advice to owner:
    Management is okay about small repairs but for bigger ones requiring outside specialists (I.e. broken fridge) it was much more difficult.

    Pros:
    Nice amenities in each unit
    Cons:
    The windows weren’t very good and released a lot of heat in the winter. Always chilly in the apartment. Landlord was not great at communicating. Would have to follow up multiple times about work order requests. Wouldn’t tell us the time a repair company was coming and instead repair company would show up out of the blue.
    Advice to owner:
    Please work in communicating with your tenants when it comes to hiring repair companies for services.
