    Great space, Management doesn't care

    Pros:
    Lots of room, in-unit washer/dryer, neighbors are fine, management comes weekly to clean the common spaces as take out the trash
    Cons:
    Management is inattentive and only cares about money, the building is steam heated so some rooms are too hot and others are too cold in the winter, hot exposed pipes including in the shower, I've come across 1 mouse and several cockroaches, no a/c in the summer is dreadful and dangerous to elderly and pets, I've heard people don't receive their security deposit back

    management will usually get someone to you within a day or so
    washer/dryer in unit
    Cons:
    occasional pests at times
    front door is broken and has not been fixed in over a year
