Quiet building, however, after you rent the apartment management gives you a problem to fix anything and drags their feet on everything. We literally have to hold rent to force them to do repairs. They were even on Brooklyn News 12 for essentially being slumlords. They have numerous building violations. They pretend very well, but it’s all a deception. They don’t hesitate to take you to court for rent, but don’t make your concerns as a tenant a priority, even during COVID-19 the won’t return calls timely, but are calling for rent payments.
Advice to owner:
Your tenants are humans and not just dollar signs. Take interest in the upkeep of your property by addressing concerns and not prolonging the issues facing your tenants making them feel helpless.
