    Building has good bones and solid neighbors. Management is meh..

    Old but nice building.
    Decent privacy and good neighbors.
    Cons:
    Packages get stolen from the lobby.
    Management races prices randomly for units and its combative to those who complain.
    Advice to owner:
    Spend the money to make the improvements and give people fair rent.
