    Clean and responsive maintenance, no issues

    Trash was taken care of on time
    Communal area clean
    Maintenance was readily available when I had issues or locked myself out
    Cons:
    Intercom didn’t always work

    Nice unit but lazy pest control

    Big beautiful unit, elevator building, super is very nice
    Cons:
    Cockroaches throughout building and management is unconcerned
    Advice to owner:
    Invest in exterminating
