    Street is extremely noisy
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spaces are good and apartment was newly renovated as of 2023.
    Cons:
    Be warned - the street in front is very busy and VERY loud.
    Almost every day (specially during the warm months) there will be constant music playing at high volume, lasting most of the day.
    During Jouvert this becomes almost non-stop noise.
    Advice to owner:
    Better soundproofing.
