    Clean and nice location
    Cons:
    Loud at certain hours and neighbors party

    The rent was reasonable and the neighbors were usually quiet.
    Cons:
    Sump pump flooded my bedroom with sewage. Couldn't meet roommates before moving in so compatibility was non-existent.
