    Pros:
    It’s a very new building so the amenities are great and you get your money’s worth for sure.
    Cons:
    Neighbors aren’t really considerate and don’t follow the building rules. Some blare music late at night or smoke in the stairwell.
    Advice to owner:
    If the tenants were held more accountable, it would be a way better spot for everyone
