    Nice Apt in Brooklyn

    Pros:
    The layout is great. Washer and dryer is a major plus.
    Cons:
    You can hear everything from upstairs, footsteps, doors, skins everything. It was a hard thing to deal with.
    Advice to owner:
    Prior to moving in there were structural issues, tiles missing and certain parts of the wall cracking. May consider getting it checked out.
