    Rent will go up every time the lease ends

    Pros:
    new building, new appliances, water pressure
    Cons:
    tiny spiders in basement, washer/dryers are really bad, rent increase in a lot every time the lease ends for a tiny apartment
    Advice to owner:
    stop being so greedy
