Landlord doesn’t care about the building, and it shows.

Neighbors in the building were friendly, as was the super (Bruce)
Cons
COCKROACH PROBLEM, PIPE PROBLEM. We had multiple leaks in our one year in this building, one of which resulted in sewage spilling into the bathroom for days. The owner and his assistant did not respond for almost a week about this incident. There were cockroaches despite the monthly exterminator, and BIG ones. When we moved out, the landlord withheld our security deposit and tried to harass us into paying a “cleaning fee” despite having left the place broom-clean.
