    Obvious Rush Renovation, Inattentive Landlord

    Pros:
    Beautiful kitchens, many bathrooms, individual heat/air units for each room.
    Cons:
    The back bedrooms are very poorly insulated, making me think there's leaks in the windows, there's random holes in the walls and floors, the landlord is unhelpful and forgetful, the realtors lie with no hesitation and no remorse
