    Old home, Dismissive Landlord, Bad Neighbors

    Pros:
    Heat and Hot Water is covered in rent. Great gas stove and great fridge. Good closet space, Has a Foyer. Good price.
    Cons:
    The build is old and the floors are very thing a squeaky. Downstairs neighbor CONSTANTLY banged for any movement. We had carpet placed down and and would tiptoe around and they would still constantly bang. Even came up to yell and scream at us when you did everything we can to be quiet. Landlord is completely dismissive and rude. We hardly brought up problems to her but anytime we did we would always get push back that their wasn’t really a problem or that she is not responsible to fix said problem. The bathroom has no fan we would leave the door open to try and air it out but I wouldn’t be surprised it their is heavy mold in there from previous tenants that didn’t leave the door open.
    Advice to owner:
    Install fan in the bathroom and be more receptive when your tenants come to you with a problem.
