    Pretty good spot

    Pros:
    Great apartment unit because it's newly renovated
    Lots of space
    Since the building is owned by a management company, there are ways to submit complaints and follow up, as well as instructions for appliances and various useful notices
    Really great neighborhood on the quiet side of Crown Heights
    Cons:
    Building is a pre-war building, so, although some units inside are newly renovated and great, the rest of the building isn't renovated (pipes are old, window paint peels if water leaks from rain/ice and the building is always under construction)
    Building is not rent stabilized, so rent raises every year
    Advice to owner:
    renovate the rest of the building and stop raising rent. Also, stop doing construction; it's been a year and we literally don't see any changes

    Descent building, mostly quiet and friendly neighbors.
