    The Most Neglectful Landlord - DO NOT RENT HERE

    Pros:
    Literally nothing comes to mind.
    Cons:
    Negligent landlord who will send a lazy handyman to half fix your problems and show up at the most inconvenient times. I lived here for 2 years and never met him, because he does not care about the building or those living in it. He does not know how bad the building is. He will not answer your calls on weekends, even in extreme emergencies. He will try to raise the rent on you, despite not fixing any of the issues within the building. I have had a broken window, crumbling floor tiles, leaky faucets, and much more, which he promised to fix, and never did, then tried to raise the rent by $300 on me. He has avoided my texts after I moved out and won’t give me back my deposit. DO NOT RENT HERE!
    Advice to owner:
    Your property is filthy and falling apart. Please go and check out the building, and FIX it! It’s disgusting how much you charge for the state of these apartments.
